What We Can Help With
- Corrections: If a screen, reward or rule in the app has changed and our guide is out of date, tell us which page and what changed.
- Guide questions: If a step on one of our pages isn’t clear, we’ll explain it.
- Topic suggestions: Let us know what else you’d like us to cover.
- Website problems: Broken links, pages not loading or display issues on your phone.
- Privacy requests: Asking what data we hold about you or asking us to delete a message you sent.
What We Can’t Help With
This website is an independent guide, so we don’t have access to anyone’s app account. We can’t:
- Recover your BetPKR username or password.
- Check, speed up or cancel a withdrawal.
- Find a missing recharge or reward.
- Unlock, close or change an account.
For any of these, please open the BetPKR app and contact customer support through Live Chat. Keep your username and any transaction ID ready, because support will ask for them.

- Your message, with as much detail as possible.
We usually reply within two to three working days.

We will never ask for your password, wallet PIN, OTP code, CNIC or bank details. Never send these to anyone, including people who claim to be from this website or the app’s support team. If someone contacts you on WhatsApp or social media pretending to be us, please report it to us.
